Each Passover the Katz JCC's ACHaD Department hosts a Seder for community members with disabilities and their families.
This year's event, which was held on Wednesday, April 13, was made possible thanks to funding from the JCF's Jack & Florence Volk Passover Project Endowment Fund.
Per the JCC, "it was a wonderful and festive evening at the ACHaD Passover Seder last night with singing, crowd participation and a new take on a traditional Seder."
The pictures of smiling participants posted on the Katz JCC's Facebook page say it all! Though scaled down a bit compared to years' past due to covid precautions, the attendees still had a memorable and inspiring evening.
We hope you are enjoying a happy, healthy, and sweet Passover, and we hope this update makes it even sweeter!
